But Obama was my number one for a long time and is now a close number two. In the NJ primary, he'll most likely get my vote because I fear the Clinton machine has infected the state. I would give Edwards a little more credit though. He is taking a huge stand against big corporations, rhetorically and by way of turning down money from PAC's. He has spent a lot of his time and money since his stab at VP on the poor and marginalized. And winning a number 2 spot in Iowa without corporate sponsorship is rather impressive. Unlike Obama, his health care plan could pave the way towards a single-payer plan, rather than relying the health insurance industry. As far as Obama goes, I refuse to let his so called lack of experience be misconstrued as a flaw. Lack of experience means less time in the system, less time to be corrupted, less time to have idealism squashed and less time for cynicism to bloom.
