Guest Posts by Derek Cooper While I’m Away
We are going away for a week starting this Friday evening. While I’ll still have limited access to internet and may shoot something up here from time to time, I’ve decided to ask my friend Derek Cooper to make a few guest posts next week.
He’s a friend from my Biblical Seminary days. Derek went on to get his PhD at Lutheran Seminary in Philly and now teaches at Biblical. Last year he published a book called So You’re Going to Seminary, a guide to choosing the right seminary. I had a chance to read it, and it’s really an incredible book if you’re thinking of seminary.
So for the next week this blog will have some posts by Derek about seminary education, his book, and whatever else he wants to discuss. I wanted to give him a chance to talk about his book, but he’s also got one of the sharpest theological minds out there. So if you have a burning question to toss his way, I’m sure he’ll respond in the comments section.
Who knows, maybe this experience will inspire him to create his own blog!
